jilibetma reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where jilibetma has reason to believe that the information provided is inaccurate, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms.
jilibetma accepts deposits via the following payment methods available in the Philippines: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are as displayed on the Platform at the time of transaction and are subject to change without prior notice.
All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. jilibetma does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit found to originate from a third-party account may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) prior to processing. jilibetma reserves the right to request supporting documentation including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before releasing any withdrawal.
jilibetma processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated on the Platform. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the volume of pending requests. jilibetma is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
All transactions on jilibetma are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Currency conversion fees, if any, are the sole responsibility of the User.
jilibetma may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered users from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the offer is made.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. jilibetma's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jilibetma account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. jilibetma does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
jilibetma reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or regulatory requirements.
You may close your jilibetma account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.
Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
